We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro and Business annual subscriptions. If KonniCard isn't the right fit within the first 30 days of your purchase, write to us and we will refund the full amount — no forms, no interrogation.
The Free plan does not require a refund policy, because there's nothing to refund.

You may also cancel your subscription from Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel, which stops future renewals immediately.
The 30-day window notwithstanding, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Once a refund is approved, we initiate it with Razorpay within 2 business days. The amount typically reflects in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider. We'll email you the Razorpay refund ID for tracking.
All refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We cannot transfer refunds to a different card, UPI ID, or bank account. If the original instrument has expired or been closed, Razorpay will automatically route the amount to the issuer's designated fallback (usually the linked bank account).
Annual subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day window do not receive prorated refunds by default — you simply keep access until the end of the paid period. If exceptional circumstances apply (loss of business, genuine hardship, or extended service outage on our side), write to us — we try to be reasonable and will often issue a prorated credit or refund.
